Group employees by role, seniority level, and years of experience.
List the base salary and superannuation for every individual in the group.
Calculate the average pay for each demographic group (e.g., Male vs Female).
Identify individuals whose pay falls outside of a +/- 10% band of the average for no clear merit-based reason.
